Regulations of domestic trains

1.1. The discount applies to a passenger who buys one-time tickets on all ticket sales channels at the same time to travel on the same route in both directions ("out" and "return") on all local transportation routes. a 5% discount is given on the price of a single return ticket for 2nd and 3rd class seats.

1.2. The discount applies together with the benefits provided by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits.

1.3. The discount does not apply together with other commercial discounts of UAB "LTG Link" (hereinafter referred to as "Carrier").

1.4. The terms and conditions for exchanging and returning tickets are specified in the Carrier's General Passenger Carriage Rules.

1.5. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but at least 5 working days before they come into effect, it informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels. The new terms and conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

2.1. A fixed ticket is purchased through the sales channels offered by the Carrier (ticket offices or independently on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt / mobile application (APPs)), from any desired day of the month in both directions, in the selected period (30 calendar days for weekdays from Monday to Friday or 30 calendar days daily), for selected local transportation routes (except for the routes specified in Clause 2.2). The ticket is sold no earlier than 30 days before the start of the validity of the fixed ticket. The fixed ticket takes effect from the ticket activation date specified by the passenger.

2.2. Fixed tickets are not sold for the following local transport routes:

• Vilnius–Klaipėda–Vilnius;
• Vilnius–Šiauliai–Vilnius;
• Vilnius–Joniškis–Vilnius;
  
• Vilnius–Kaunas–Vilnius for 1st class seats; 
• Vilnius–Trakai–Vilnius for 1st class seats; 
• Vilnius–Mockava–Vilnius for 1st class seats.

2.3. Types of fixed tickets and amounts of applicable commercial discounts:

• 30 calendar days‘ fixed daily ticket, 54% discount applies for one trip;
• 30 calendar days’ fixed ticket for weekdays from Monday to Friday, 39% discount applies for one trip.

2.4. The fixed ticket is valid only on those routes and trains, the start or end station of which is indicated on the fixed ticket. The passenger can board and disembark at any station located between the initial and final stations specified in the fixed ticket.

2.5. During the trip, if requested by the Carrier's service staff, the passenger must present a valid personal identity document or a full copy of it together with the fixed ticket. This provision does not apply to business customers who have signed a ticket purchase and sale agreement with the Carrier.

2.6. The fixed ticket card (hereinafter referred to as - the Card) can be purchased at any of the Carrier's sales counters, after filling out the "Fixed Ticket Card Form" and paying the fee set by the Carrier.

2.7. In case of loss or damage of the Card with an integrated fixed ticket, the passenger must:

• immediately apply by phone 8 700 55 111 during working hours (from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) for blocking the Card;
• purchase a new Card and inquire about the transfer of the data of the fixed tickets from the old Card to the new Card, indicating your name, surname, date of birth and address, as well as the number of the new Card by calling 8 700 55 111 during working hours (from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) or sending an e-mail to informacija@ltglink.lt. Data is transferred within 3-5 business days. After transferring the data, the validity period of the fixed ticket is not extended.

2.8. The terms and conditions for exchanging and returning fixed tickets are specified in the Carrier‘s General Passenger Carriage Rules.

2.9. The discount applies together with the benefits provided by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits.

2.10. Other commercial discounts of the Carrier do not apply to a fixed ticket, except for business customers who have concluded ticket purchase and sale agreements with the Carrier.

2.11. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but at least 5 working days before they come into effect, it informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels. The new terms and conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

3.1. The offer applies to one-way and/or both-way tickets for 2nd and 3rd class local routes purchased through the sales channels offered by the Carrier (at ticket offices or independently on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt / mobile application (APPs)) for the selected time and route.

3.2. Amounts of discounts applied to group tickets:

• 10% discount applies to a group of 3-20 persons traveling on the same day, on the same train and route;
• 15% discount applies to a group of 21-30 persons traveling on the same day, on the same train and route;
• 20% discount applies to a group of 31 or more persons traveling on the same day, on the same train and route.

3.3. Amounts of discounts applied to a group of children and students:

• A discount applies to a group of children (up to 10 years old) of 10 persons or more (9 or more children and up to 2 accompanying adults). To take advantage of this discount, the passenger type "Child (50% discount)" must be selected for children, and an Adult Ticket must be selected for the accompanying person. When purchasing tickets online, it is necessary to activate the "Group Ticket" option. Children are entitled to a 50% discount stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits, and accompanying persons are entitled to a 30% commercial discount. Each child must present a birth certificate or identity document or a full copy thereof to the Carrier's service staff.
• A 30% discount applies to a student group of 10 or more (9 or more students and up to 2 accompanying adults). To take advantage of this discount, the passenger type "Student (30% discount)" must be selected for students, and the Adult Ticket type must be selected for the accompanying person. When purchasing tickets online, it is necessary to activate the "Group ticket" option. Each student must present a valid general education school certificate of a student or a valid school-issued certificate confirming that a particular person is studying at the specified school, and an identity document or a full copy thereof to the Carrier's service staff.

3.4. When purchasing tickets online, select the desired number of tickets in the "Passenger" section and activate the "Group ticket" option.

3.5. Group tickets that exceed a group of 50 persons are sold on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt and at ticket offices. If the Customer is unable to pre-purchase the desired number of tickets on the website, the Customer must, no later than 48 hours before the departure of the train, apply by e-mail to informacija@ltglink.lt and provide the following information to the Carrier: planned departure date, time, exact number of passengers, route and additional information, e.g. the need for additional services. Tickets are generated and issued at the Carrier's counters.

3.6. During the trip, at the request of the Carrier's employee, passengers must present valid identity documents or full copies of them together with the group ticket.

3.7. The terms and conditions for exchanging and returning group tickets are specified in the Carrier's General Passenger Carriage Rules.

3.8. If the Customer chooses several commercial discounts, only one commercial discount applies to him (the one that is more useful for the Customer). The discount does not apply together with the benefits established in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits.

3.9. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but at least 5 working days before they come into effect, it informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels.

4.1. A 30% discount applies to one-time tickets for 2nd and 3rd class seats of local routes for students of general education schools of the Republic of Lithuania, who have presented a certificate of being a student of a general education school of the Republic of Lithuania to the Carrier's service staff. The discount applies to all ticket sales channels; and when purchasing tickets online, select "Student (30% Discount)" option in the "Passenger" section.

4.2. The discount does not apply together with the benefits provided by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits, nor is it applied together with other commercial discounts of the Carrier.

4.3. Tickets with a student discount can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the terms and conditions for the exchange and return of one-time tickets specified in the Carrier's General Passenger Carriage Rules.

4.4. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but not less than 5 working days before they come into effect, informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels. The new terms and conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

5.1. Family card holders are entitled to a 20% discount for travel by local 2nd and 3rd class trains in Lithuania.

5.2. The discount applies when purchasing one-time tickets through the sales channels offered by the Carrier (at ticket offices or independently on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt / mobile application (APPs)). When purchasing tickets online, select the desired number of tickets in the "Passenger" section and activate the "I have a Family Card" option.

5.3. The discount applies together with the benefits provided by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits.

5.4. The discount does not apply to fixed and 1st class tickets, nor can it be combined with other commercial discounts of the Carrier.

5.5. Tickets with the Family Card discount can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the terms and conditions for the exchange and return of one-time tickets specified in the Carrier's General Passenger Carriage Rules.

5.6. Together with the ticket, the passenger must present the Family Card (physical, plastic or virtual, located on a smart device) and family members' identity documents (full copies of documents) to the Carrier's service staff. More information about the family card can be found at www.seimos-kortele.lt.

5.7. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but not less than 5 working days before they come into effect, informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels. The new terms conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

6.1. Passengers traveling on all local and international routes within the European Union, upon presentation of a valid Eurail or Interrail passport, are entitled to a 100% discount on one-time train tickets of all classes.

6.2. Tickets are sold at the Carrier's ticket sales points (in ticket offices and trains from conductors).

6.3. Seat reservation is required on the following routes and classes: Vilnius-Klaipėda-Vilnius (1st and 2nd class), Vilnius-Joniškis-Vilnius (1st and 2nd class), Vilnius-Mockava-Vilnius (1st and 2nd class), Vilnius-Kaunas-Vilnius (1st class), Vilnius-Trakai-Vilnius (1st class), Vilnius-Šiauliai-Vilnius (2nd class), Vilnius-Krakow-Vilnius (1st and 2nd class) and Vilnius-Riga-Vilnius (1st and 2nd class). Seat on domestic route is reserved at the ticket office of the Carrier or on the train with a conductor. Seat on international route is reserved by notifying the Customer Information Centre in advance by email informacija@ltglink.lt. Seat reservation fee is EUR 5. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

6.4. A ticket purchased with a discount is only valid with a valid Eurail or Interrail passport.

6.5. Tickets can be exchanged or returned at the ticket counters in the railway stations until the departure time of the train. The seat reservation fee is non-refundable.

6.6. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but not less than 5 working days before they come into effect, informs passengers about this on all ticket sales channels. The new terms and conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

7.1. Discounts for one-time and fixed travel tickets on local routes apply to legal entities that have concluded ticket purchase and sale agreements with the Carrier (hereinafter referred to as - the Agreement), taking into account the amounts paid for tickets purchased from the date of entry into force of the Agreement:

• 5% – after purchasing tickets for more than EUR 5,000 without VAT and paying for them in full;
• 10% – after purchasing tickets for more than EUR 10,000 excluding VAT and paying for them in full.

7.2. The discounts specified in Clause 7.1 start to apply to newly purchased tickets from the next reporting period (month) after the conditions specified in the same Clause are complied with.

7.3. The discount applies together with the benefits provided by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits, and also applies together with other commercial discounts of the Carrier.

7.5. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but at least 5 working days before they come into effect, it informs customers about this at all ticket sales points.

8.1. The Carrier‘s discount coupon provides a one-time discount on a local train ticket (one-way) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd class seats in the amount specified in it. The discount applies to one travel ticket only.

8.2. The discount coupon can be used independently on the Carrier's website www.ltglink.lt / in mobile application (APPs). In order to use the discount code, you need to enter the discount coupon code in the "Use promotion code" section.

8.3. The discount coupon is valid for the period determined by the Carrier, which is specified in the received e-mail along with the discount coupon code.

8.4. If the discount provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Benefits is applied when purchasing a one-time ticket, the discount specified in the discount coupon is to be additionally applied.

8.5. The discount cannot be summed up with other commercial discounts applied by the Carrier.

8.6. Tickets can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the terms and conditions for exchanging and returning one-time tickets specified in theCarrier's General Passenger Carriage Rules. In the case of return of tickets to which a discount coupon has been applied, the taxes and deductions applied by the Carrier are calculated from the amount of money paid by the passenger.

8.7. Tickets subject to 100% discount are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

8.8. The Carrier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, but at least 5 working days before they come into effect, it informs passengers about this at all ticket sales points. The new terms and conditions do not apply to tickets that are purchased before the discount is renewed or the terms and conditions are changed.

By reading these Special Discounts Rules, passengers are informed that the personal data provided by them will be processed when purchasing tickets and transporting passengers and providing related services (for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract of carriage).

An integral part of these Special Discounts Rules is the Privacy Notice published on the Carrier's website, which passengers must read before purchasing tickets.

• Cross the railway track only at designated pedestrian crossings, tunnels, bridges, viaducts and other places marked with appropriate information signs.
• On passenger platforms, stand at least 1 m from the edge of the platform to avoid being hit by the airflow of a passing train, do not cross the solid line marking the edge of the passenger platform, and do not approach the train until it has come to a complete stop.
• Do not leave bicycles or other vehicles in unauthorised areas.
• Follow the navigation signs when moving around the station. Pay attention to informative audio messages.
• Wait for trains in designated areas. Do not stand on the aisles or block them with your personal belongings.
• Do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
• If you see unattended items, luggage, bundles or other impersonal items, do not touch them and immediately inform the nearest railway or security guard or call the police on 112.  
• Do not leave children unattended.
• Follow the lawful instructions of railway and security staff.
• In the event of a special (dangerous) situation, don't panic, follow the instructions of railway or security guards, the police and other special services, and try to leave the dangerous area immediately, using the marked evacuation routes.
• If you are unable to leave the scene of a dangerous accident, try to get as far away from it as possible to the safest area.
• Wait for trains in designated areas.
• Board or disembark a train carriage only when the train has come to a complete stop.
• Comply with mandatory instructions during a pandemic or an emergency or other emergency situation.

• Walk on the railway tracks.
• Cross the railway track in non-designated areas, use mechanical means.
• Intentionally damage or dirt the station buildings and their inventory, spray paint, scratch, dispose of food and household waste in unintended places.
• Smoke in places where it is not allowed.
• Bring dogs without a leash and muzzle or keep other animals in the station area without a special container (basket, crate, etc.).
• Play active outdoor games in the station area.
• Keep to the right when climbing stairs or ascending/descending escalators in railway stations.
• Unnecessarily use emergency call or other alarm systems.
• Sit on windowsills, chairs, benches and floors.
• Ride bicycles, scooters, skateboards and roller skates inside the station.
• Touch or open detected suspicious, forgotten or homeless items, use communication devices attached to them.
• Hang notices, distribute advertisements, without the approval of the station management.
• Sell in places other than those reserved for that purpose.
• Board or disembark a train carriage while the train is in motion.
• Stand on carriage steps or in gangways, deliberately hold the automatic doors of a carriage, lean over carriage windows or doors, stick your head, hands or objects through them.
• Intentionally damage or dirt the trains and their inventory, spray paint, scratch, dispose of food and household waste in unintended places.
• Carry or transport explosive, flammable, toxic, poisonous, volatile, radioactive or other hazardous substances on board.
• Carry unwrapped or unencased objects that may cause injury to other passengers or damage to their belongings.
• Make noise, disturb the peace of other passengers and interfere with staff in the performance of their duties.
• Use or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances.

These Accessibility Rules (the “Rules”) are based on the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations and apply to the services provided by UAB LTG Link (the “Company”) in the carriage of persons with individual needs within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania as well as international routes. 

The purpose of the rules is to ensure equal and non-discriminatory conditions for persons with individual needs to travel by rail, with special  attention to the provision of information relating to the adaptation of rail services. 

In the context of these rules, a person with individual needs shall be defined as a person who has a permanent or temporary physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which, where the person has to overcome certain obstacles, may prevent them from effectively enjoying the full range of transport options available to other passengers, or a person whose mobility when using transport is impaired by reason of age. The rules apply to persons with individual needs and persons accompanying them.

3.1. INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL PLANNING

Information is provided in the following ways: 

• By phone 8 700 55111 (Passenger Information Centre opening hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily);
• On the website; 
• In information centres at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations.

 The following information is provided:

• General ticketing and travel conditions;
• Fastest journey times and conditions;
• Cheapest travel schedules and conditions;
• Accessibility and use conditions for persons with reduced mobility and on-board facilities for them; 
• Accessibility and use conditions for passengers with bicycles;
• Information on possible traffic disruptions and delays;
• Access to on-board services;
• Procedure for claiming lost luggage;
• Complaints procedure;
• Discounts and concessions.

3.2. INFORMATION DURING THE TRIP

 3.2.2 On board the train, during the trip, information relating to the progress of the trip shall be communicated to passengers: on the train screens and/or by audio message.  

During the trip, train staff can provide information about train services, other train routes, the next stop, ticket purchase and return, changes to travel conditions, and safety information.

If a person with individual needs requires assistance at a railway station with access to the platform, a meeting service at the station (at a pre-arranged location), an escort to the ticket office or train departure point, a ticket reservation or purchase service, or a boarding and/or alighting service (the “Assistance Service”), the person must notify of their need for the Assistance Service beforehand. The Company’s passenger transport services aim to take into account the special needs identified by passengers and to provide a comprehensive service.

 If a person with individual needs does not give advance notice of the Assistance Service, the Company will endeavour to provide unscheduled assistance and a comprehensive service, but does not guarantee that such assistance will be provided in all cases.   

4.1. TIME LIMITS FOR NOTIFICATION OF THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE FOR LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL 

• Passengers requiring an Assistance Service on local and international routes must notify the Company at least 24 hours prior to the train departure.

4.2. FORMS AND INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE NOTIFICATION OF THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE FOR TRAVEL WITHIN LITHUANIA (LOCAL ROUTES)

There are several ways to notify of the Assistance Service:

• By purchasing your ticket online at www.ltglink.lt;
• By calling 8 700 55111;
• In information centres at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations; 
• By email mobilumas@ltglink.lt.

       When sending an email to mobilumas@ltglink.lt or requesting assistance by phone, please specify the following:

• The passenger’s name;
• Form of disability (blind, impaired mobility, etc.) and assistive devices used (wheelchair used by the person with individual needs, white cane, etc.).
• Date of travel, route;
• Departure and arrival station;
• Departure and arrival times;
• Contact phone number;
• Whether an accompanying person will be travelling with the person;
• Other relevant information.

4.3. FORMS AND INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE NOTIFICATION OF THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE FOR TRIPS ABROAD (INTERNATIONAL ROUTES):

There are several ways to notify of the Assistance Service:

• By calling 8 700 55111;
• In information centres at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations; 
• By email mobilumas@ltglink.lt.

Passengers shall provide the following information when booking an Assistance Service in the ways described above:

Travel information:

• Travel route; 
• Departure stop;  
• Arrival stop;  
• Date and time of travel;
• Carriage number. 

 Mandatory data about the Passenger:

• Name, surname (initials); 
• Telephone number;
• Gender;

• Form of disability (blind, impaired mobility, etc.) and assistive devices used (wheelchair used by the person with individual needs, white cane, etc.).

  
  

Additional data:

• The Passenger’s email address;
• Amount of baggage;
• Information on whether the Passenger is travelling with an accompanying person (YES/NO); 
• Other relevant information provided by the Passenger.

If the Passenger has booked an Assistance Service on an international route, the Company’s Customer Service Specialist will forward the information about the Passenger to the foreign carrier using the international UIC PRM ABT platform (Union of International Railways’ (UIC) Person with Reduced Mobility Assistance Booking Tool) in order to take care of the Passenger and provide the Assistance Service in another country. 

4.4 CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE NOTIFICATION OF THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE

A notification of an Assistance Service may be submitted at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations by coming to the station or by phone between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. If the notification of the Assistance service is sent by email, the staff will be sure to inform you of the receipt of the notification by email or by phone, and they will discuss with you all the details of the trip. 

A person with special needs must arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the trip (departure time of the train), unless otherwise instructed by the staff.

If a person with individual needs travelling on a train route has purchased a season ticket, they may provide information about their travel plans and the necessary assistance required on a one-off basis in advance, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Chapter 4 of these Rules, by arranging the time of travel with the Company’s staff. In the event of a change of circumstances (change of travel times or discontinuation of the service), it is necessary to inform the Company’s staff.

In cases where the Company’s staff is unable to provide the Assistance Service to a person with individual needs because they require intensive nursing or medical care, the Company may request that the person be accompanied by a companion, or may refuse to sell a ticket to a person with individual needs. In such a case, the accompanying person shall be entitled to travel free of charge and, where possible, to a seat next to the person with special needs.

5.1. PLANNING THE TRIP OF A WHEELCHAIR USER WITH INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

If the staff of the Company have been informed in advance of the need for assistance at the station, the Company’s staff will meet the person with individual needs at the agreed station access point , escort them to the ticketing points, assist in purchasing the ticket, provide the person with information and help them board the train. The maximum combined weight of a person with individual needs and their wheelchair shall be limited to the maximum load capacity (230 kg to 300 kg) of the mobile lift manufacturer. 

The Company can service wheelchairs if their technical specifications are as follows:

• Total length: 1,200 mm;
• Total width: 700 mm;
• Seating height (floor to top of head): 1,350 mm; 
• Height from floor to footrest: 150 mm. 

The number of wheelchair spaces on trains is limited, so group travel must be arranged in advance.  

5.2. TRAVEL PLANNING FOR A VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSON WITH INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

If the staff have been informed in advance of the need for assistance at the station, the Company’s staff will meet the person with individual needs at the agreed station access point , escort them to the ticketing points, assist in purchasing the ticket, provide the person with information and help them board the train. Key information about planned journeys and passenger services is also available on our website at www.ltglink.lt.

For your convenience, audio announcements provide information about train arrivals and departures at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai stations; and on all trains, information is provided about train services, upcoming stations, and delays.

The Company is working to ensure that all trains have basic information signs and signage in Braille.

During the train journey, auditory information is provided by audible announcements or by train staff. 

5.3. TRAVEL PLANNING FOR A PERSON WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENT AND INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

Key information for people with hearing impairments on travel plans and access to the Company’s services is available at www.ltglink.lt.

Video screens at Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations inform passengers about the arrival and departure of trains and the track number.

The journey provides accessible information on: train services, nearest stop, delays, main transport services, safety and security issues.

6.1. ADAPTING TRAINS TO THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

Some of UAB LTG Link’s passenger, diesel and electric trains are adapted to the special needs of disabled passengers and persons with reduced mobility. The number of such trains is constantly increasing, as UAB LTG Link follows Commission Regulation (EU) No 1300/2014 of 18 November 2014 on the technical specifications for interoperability relating to accessibility of the Union’s rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility, and when upgrading or acquiring new trains, the technical specifications include the requirement to adapt them to the needs of persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility.

EJ575 double-decker electric trains are low-floor trains (there is no significant height difference between the edge of the train and the platform). There are drop-down ramps for wheelchair users (or people with other mobility impairments) with individual needs to enter or exit the train. Trains are equipped with wheelchair spaces for wheelchairs used by persons with individual needs; universal toilets are located in the vicinity. The trains are equipped with all the basic information signs, which are duplicated in Braille. These trains run on the Vilnius-Kaunas-Vilnius route  and very often on the Vilnius-Trakai-Vilnius route.

Pesa 730ML diesel trains are low-floor trains (there is no significant height difference between the edge of the train and the platform). An attachable ramp is used for passengers in wheelchairs (or passengers with other mobility impairments) to enter or exit the train. Trains are equipped with wheelchair spaces for wheelchairs for persons with individual needs, and universal toilets are located in the vicinity. The trains are equipped with all the basic information signs, which are duplicated in Braille. These trains run on the Vilnius-Klaipėda-Vilnius route.

Diesel trains Pesa 630MiL. Hydraulic lifts are used to allow passengers in wheelchairs (or passengers with other mobility impairments) to enter or exit the train. The trains are equipped with wheelchair spaces and universal toilets in the vicinity. The trains are equipped with all the basic information signs, which are duplicated in Braille. Such trains run on the Vilnius-Šiauliai-Vilnius, Vilnius-Mockava-Vilnius, and in many cases on the Turmantas, Marcinkonys, Jašiūnai, and Kena directions.

Not all trains are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Therefore, it is very important that you enquire in advance and inform us of the need for the Assistance Service so that we can make every reasonable effort to provide access to rail travel for people with individual needs and persons with reduced mobility.

6.2. ADAPTING THE STATIONS USED BY UAB LTG LINK TO THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

Passenger railway stations in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai are adapted to the needs of people with individual needs; only the level of adaptation varies. Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda railway stations are the most accessible due to the high train and passenger traffic. Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai railway stations are equipped with toilets and ticketing points for persons with special needs. In Vilnius and Kaunas, lifts for people with special needs are available to get from the tunnel directly to the platform. We are also taking part in the Sunflower Initiative to identify people with special needs and invisible disabilities, and sunflower ribbons are available at station information centres. Staff are trained to pay attention and offer assistance when they see people wearing such ribbons.

7.1. In order to ensure that these Rules are followed properly, as well as that personal data provided when contacting UAB LTG Link regarding the Assistance Service or any other issues are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

7.2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected for the above purposes is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party); Article 6(1)(c) (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject); and Article 9(2)(g) (processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, on the basis of Union or RL law).

7.3. The following passenger personal data may be processed by UAB LTG Link for the purposes set out in paragraph 7.1 of the Rules: name, surname, date and route of travel, payment information, privileges granted, station of departure and arrival, time of departure and arrival, contact telephone number, information about specific needs and mobility disabilities, information about the presence of an accompanying person.

7.4. The person providing their personal data shall have the following rights provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679: to know whether their data are being processed, to know what personal data are being processed, to request rectification/completion of inaccurate data, to suspend processing, to delete personal data, to object to processing of personal data, and, where applicable, the right of data portability. In cases where individuals consider that their rights in relation to personal data have been violated, they may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate at the contacts provided at www.ada.lt.

7.5. In order to exercise their rights as a data subject, individuals may contact UAB LTG Link personally by delivering a request, by contacting the Company at the contact addresses indicated in the privacy notice, as well as the Data Protection Officer by email dap@ltg.lt.

7.6. Detailed information on data processing and the procedure for exercising the data subject’s rights is contained in the privacy notice published on the Company’s website. 

7.7. UAB LTG Link shall take all possible technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of passengers’ personal data. 

8.1. In the event of changes in the conditions of provision of services, UAB LTG Link reserves the right to amend the Rules; however, at least five business days prior to the entry into force of the amendment or new version of the Rules, it shall inform passengers about it at all ticketing points.

8.2. People with individual needs are an important target group for UAB LTG Link. The Company’s passenger transport services aim to take into account their specific needs and provide a comprehensive service.

8.3. The rights and obligations of the Company, the persons with individual needs, the persons accompanying them, and the liability in case of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations are laid down in the General Rules for the Transportation of Passengers, adopted by the Company and published on the website.

8.4. A person with individual needs has the right to travel with an accompanying person and, where practicable, the accompanying person shall be given a seat next to the person with individual needs.

8.5. A person with individual needs is entitled to travel with an assistance dog. Assistance dogs are transported free of charge.

In accordance with the price list of additional services provided at stations and on passenger trains, approved by order No. ĮS(LINK)-45/2022 of 27 July 2022 “On Approval of the Price List of Additional Services Provided at Stations and on Passenger Trains” of the Head of Business Development and Marketing at UAB LTG Link.

1. A service charge of EUR 2 (per seat) shall apply to the sale of a ticket on a local train if:

1.1. The passenger boarded the train at a station or stop with a ticket office (which was open at the time);

1.2. The passenger wishes to extend their journey on the same train to a station or stop further than the one indicated on the ticket.

The service charge referred to in paragraph 1.1 shall not apply to:

1) Persons referred to in Article 5(1)(1)-(5) of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Privileges who purchase tickets on all trains running on local routes:

• People with an identified level of disability;
• People with an identified capacity for work of 0-25%;
• People with an identified level of extensive special needs;
• Cancer patients;
• People aged 80 and over;
• Other persons falling within the scope of Article 5(1)(1)-(5) of the Law on Transport Privileges.

2) Persons aged 70 to 80 and passengers transporting children in strollers and purchasing tickets on trains running on local routes, when departing from Kaišiadorys railway station;

3) Passengers wishing to continue their journey from Vilnius by local trains on the same day, on presentation of an Airport-Vilnius train ticket;

4) Passengers purchasing tickets on trains running on the Vilnius-Airport-Vilnius local route.

2. A service charge of EUR 2 (per seat) shall be applied for the sale/extension of travel documents (ticket or sleeper ticket) according to SCIC-EWT on an international train, if:

2.1. The passenger’s journey begins and ends outside the Republic of Lithuania;

2.2. The passenger’s journey begins or ends in the Republic of Lithuania;

2.3. The passenger’s journey begins and ends in the Republic of Lithuania.

The service charge referred to in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 shall not apply to passengers purchasing tickets for international trains formed by Polish railway carriers.

3. A service charge of EUR 2 (per seat) shall be applied for the sale/extension of travel documents (ticket or sleeper ticket) according to MGPT on an international train, if:

3.1. The passenger’s journey begins and ends outside the Republic of Lithuania;

These Rules form an integral part of the General Rules of Carriage of Passengers of LTG Link UAB (hereinafter referred to as the General Rules of Carriage of Passengers), Special Rules of LTG Link UAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier"), which are published on the website of LTG Link UAB : https://ltglink. lt/ and the Rules of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Public Transport of Vilnius City Municipality, approved by the Decision of the Vilnius City Municipal Council of 29 June 2022 No. 1-1508 "On the Approval of the Rules of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Public Transport of Vilnius City Municipality" (as amended from time to time) ("Rules of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage").

2. Combined ticket - a method of sale of a single train ticket and an E-ticket, where a single train ticket is sold together with an E-ticket, using the concept of a common ('joint') ticket (a joint ticket is not a single ticket, but two separate tickets sold together).

3. E-Ticket - a 60-minute ticket (full price, 50% concession and 80% concession) for a 60-minute ride on regular public transport in Vilnius City, approved in accordance with the legislation.

4. The Combined Ticket consists of two parts and confirms the conclusion of two separate transport contracts: a single train ticket and an E-ticket:

5. 1.4.1. the Carrier - LTG Link UAB is responsible for the train journey;

6. 1.4.2. the Carrier providing local (urban) regular services by trolleybuses and buses in the Vilnius public transport system shall be responsible for the journey by urban road transport in the Vilnius public transport system.

7. The Combined Ticket is sold through the Carrier's sales channels: the website www.ltglink.lt and the mobile application (APPs).

8. The Combined Ticket is intended for one passenger when the starting or ending stop of the route is Vilnius railway station.

9. A single train ticket is valid for the train route, date and/or time indicated on the ticket and subject to the other conditions indicated on the ticket.

10. An e-ticket is valid for an unlimited period of time on a regular local (city) transport route and subject to other conditions specified in the ticket.

11. The validity of the e-ticket is irrespective of the validity date of the train ticket. An e-ticket is considered activated when it is marked/activated at the composter in Vilnius local (city) transport. E-Tickets are not refundable after a train journey.

12. A single train ticket must be presented to the travel attendant and an E-ticket must be presented to the Public Transport Passenger Control at the time of control.

13. The Combined Ticket is valid in both digital and printed format.

14. The rights and obligations of passengers when using Vilnius City Municipality public transport are set out in the Rules of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage. Passengers' rights and obligations when travelling by train are laid down in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and, if commercial discounts are applicable, in the Special Rules, which the passenger must familiarise himself with before purchasing a Joint Ticket. Fares and tariffs for public transport in Vilnius City are set by the Vilnius City Municipal Council in accordance with the Law on Local Self-Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania.

15. The Carrier shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance or any other activity related to public transport in Vilnius City.

16. The municipal company Susisiekimo paslaugos shall not be responsible for train travel, the operation, maintenance or other activities related to rail transport, or the exchange and return of the Joint Ticket.

18. When purchasing a Combined Ticket, the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania must be observed.

20. A single train ticket shall be exchangeable and refundable under the conditions applicable to single train tickets, except where different regulations for exchange and refund of an additional service ticket apply in the Carrier's Special Rules for different products and/or services. The conditions for the exchange and refund of single train tickets are set out in the General Conditions of Carriage of Passengers. The e-ticket is refunded and exchanged in accordance with the description of the procedure for the recharge, use and refund of the JUDU (Vilnius) card, e-tickets and/or e-wallet.

21. The purchase of a combined ticket is not available to employees of the AB Lietuvos geležinkeliai group of companies.

22. Passenger enquiries regarding train travel shall be dealt with in accordance with the General Rules of Passenger Transport.

23. Passenger requests for travel in Vilnius City by public urban transport shall be dealt with in accordance with the Rules for Submitting and Dealing with Requests, Complaints, Information Inquiries, Proposals of the Municipal Enterprise.

Prices and tariffs for public transport in Klaipėda City are set by the Klaipėda City Municipal Council, in accordance with the Law on Local Self-Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania.

13. The Carrier shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance or other activities related to the public transport of the City of Klaipėda.

14. Klaipėda Passenger Transport shall not be responsible for train travel, operation, maintenance or other activities related to railway transport, and for the exchange and return of the Joint Ticket.

16. The purchase of a Joint Ticket must be in accordance with the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania.

These Rules form an integral part of the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and Rules for Special Discounts available on the website of “LTG Link“ UAB (hereinafter referred to as the Carrier) and the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Bus on Regular Local (city) Transport Routes in Šiauliai, approved by the Šiauliai City Municipal Council Decision No. T-32 of 29 January 2015 (with relevant amendments) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules on Carriage of Passengers and Luggage).

2. Combined ticket – a method of selling a single train ticket and an e-ticket, where a single train ticket is sold together with an e-ticket, using the concept of a joint ticket (the joint ticket is not a single ticket, but two separate tickets sold together).

3. E-ticket – a 60-minute ticket for a regular public transport service in Šiauliai approved in accordance with the procedure established by law (full price, 50% concession and 80% concession).

4. The joint ticket is a two-part ticket, which confirms the conclusion of two separate transport contracts: a single train ticket and an e-ticket:

4.1. The Carrier “LTG Link“ UAB is responsible for train journeys;

4.2. The Carrier “Busturas“ UAB, which provides services of carriage of passengers by bus on regular local (city) transport routes, shall be responsible for travelling in the Šiauliai public transport system by urban road transport.

5. The joint ticket is sold through the sales channels of the Carrier: on the website www.ltglink.lt and on the mobile app (APPs).

6. A joint ticket is for one passenger when the starting or ending stop of the route is Šiauliai railway station.

7. A single train ticket is valid for the route, date and/or time of the train specified in the ticket and subject to other conditions specified in the ticket.

8. The e-ticket is valid on a regular local (city) transport route on the date, time and subject to other conditions specified on the ticket.

9. The single train ticket must be presented to the travel attendant and the e-ticket must be presented to Public Transport Passenger Control at the time of control.

10. The joint ticket is valid in both digital and printed formats.

11. The rights and obligations of passengers when using Šiauliai City Municipality public transport are set out in the Rules of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage. Rights and obligations of passengers when travelling by train are set out in General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and, in the case of commercial discounts, in Special Discount Rules, which must be understood by the passenger himself or herself prior to the purchase of a joint ticket. Prices and rates for public transport in Šiauliai are set by the Šiauliai City Municipal Council, in accordance with the Law on Local Self-Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Transport Preferences of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. The Carrier shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance or other activities related to the public transport of Šiauliai.

13. “Busturas“ UAB is not responsible for train journeys, the operation, maintenance or any other activity related to rail transport, or the exchange and return of the joint tickets.

15. The Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania must be observed when purchasing a joint ticket. 

16. Commercial Discounts of the Carrier are applied for train tickets.

17. A single train ticket is exchangeable and refundable under the conditions applicable to single train tickets, except where the Rules of Special Discounts of the Carrier, for different products and/or services, impose different regulations on the exchange and refund of a supplementary service ticket. The conditions for change and refund of the tickets are set out in the General Rules of Carriage for Passengers.

18. The procedure for recharge, use and return of tickets of Šiauliai City public transport is available on the following website: https://busturas.lt/apie-autobusu-bilietus/.

19. The joint ticket is not available to employees of the “Lietuvos geležinkeliai“ AB group of companies.

20. Passenger enquiries about train journeys are dealt with in accordance with the General Rules of Passenger Transport.

21. Inquiries of passengers concerning travelling in Šiauliai city by public urban transport shall be examined in accordance with the Rules for Submission and Examination of Requests, Complaints, Information Inquiries, Proposals of the Municipal Enterprise (the relevant editorial) https://busturas.lt/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Skundu-ir-prasymu-nagrinejimo-tvarkos-aprasas.pdf.

1. The gift card of „LTG Link” UAB (hereinafter – Carrier) grants the opportunity for its possessor to settle for Carrier’s services of passenger transportation on local and international transport routes (train tickets) and additional services (e.g., transportation of bikes, luggage, pets and etc.) (hereinafter – Services Provided by Carrier).

2. The value of gift card is of chosen size, but minimum amount is 5 Eur, and maximum – 100 Eur.

3. The gift card can be purchased on the website of the Carrier www.ltglink.lt and via mobile app.

4. During the purchase of the gift card, the commercial discounts of the Carrier are not applied.

5. The gift card is valid for 12 months upon its purchase day.

6. The gift card can be used during its validity by making settlement for the journey(-s) that is(are) happening both during the period of validity of the gift card and that is(are) happening after expiration of the gift card.

7. The settlement for Services Provided by the Carrier with the gift card could be made on the website www.ltglink.lt, via mobile app or at the ticket offices.

8. During the purchase of Services Provided by the Carrier on the website www.ltglink.lt, you need to enter the code of the gift card by clicking on the section „Payment” and by choosing „Add a voucher”. During the purchase of services at the ticket offices of the Carrier, you need to submit the paper card or electronic gift card, which could be shown on the screen of the electronic device, to the employee.

9. The benefits specified in the Law of Transport Benefits of the Republic of Lithuania and other commercial discounts of the Carrier are applied for the train tickets, if appropriate.

10. During one purchase, a few gift cards can be used.

11. The amount of the gift card can be used within a few times.

12. If the price of the purchased Services Provided by the Carrier is lower than amount of the gift card, the unused amount remains in the gift card.

13. If the price of the purchased Services Provided by the Carrier is higher than amount of the gift card, the difference is covered by other settlement means.

14. Every time a gift card is used on the website or via mobile app, an email is sent with the balance of the gift card. The balance of the gift card can be checked at the ticket offices and at the customer information centres.

15. The gift card is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

16. In case of losing the gift card, a new gift card is not issued.

17. Having purchased the Services Provided by the Carrier with a gift card and having returned them (e.g., having returned the train ticket or in order to return a receipt confirming the carriage of luggage or a bicycle, etc. purchase of the service) cash are refunded back to the gift card.

18. The conditions of ticket exchange and return are specified in the Carrier’s General Rules of Passenger Transportation, which could be found on the Carrier website www.ltglink.lt

19. The Carrier maintains his right to change the rules, but informs customers about it at all places of ticket purchase no later than before 5 working days until the rules enter into force.

20. The customer enquiries on the purchase and use of the gift card are examined under the General Rules of Passenger Transportation.

21. The customer during the purchase of the gift card concludes the Agreement with the Carrier and agrees that his submitted personal data would be handled as it is established in the Privacy Notification announced on the Carrier website, on the address:https://ltglink.lt/privatumo-pranesimas. 

1. The General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers of UAB ‘LTG Link’ (the ‘General Rules for the Transportation of Passengers’), the Conditions and Rules for International Carriage and the Special Discount Rules of UAB LTG Link shall form an integral part of the present Rules.

2. UAB ‘Perlas Finance’ or Ticket Seller shall be a licensed company (legal entity) that sells Train Tickets on the basis of a contract between it and the Carrier.

3. Ticket Issued at a Perlas Terminal shall be the method of selling a Single Ticket or a Return Ticket, where the Single Ticket is sold at a Perlas Terminal using the concept and the terms and conditions of the Single Ticket and the Return Ticket agreed between the Carrier and the Ticket Seller.

4. Return Ticket shall be a ticket for travelling the same route in both directions (‘there’ and ‘back’) on local and/or international routes. 

5. Train Ticket shall include the terms ‘Single Ticket’ and ‘Return Ticket’ as used in these Rules. 

6. Carrier shall be UAB LTG Link, whose main activity is to provide passenger and luggage carriage services by rail.

7. Single Ticket shall be a train ticket for a single passenger, for a single trip, on local or international routes. 

8. A Train Ticket shall be valid for the train route, date and/or time indicated on the ticket and subject to the other conditions specified on the ticket.

9. The Train Ticket must be presented to the conductor during the trip.

10. The Train Ticket shall be valid in printed form, issued on the Ticket Seller’s letterhead, the reverse side of which contains additional information about the Ticket Seller and the additional services provided by the Ticket Seller, which is not related to the Carrier’s activities.

11. The list of terminals of UAB ‘Perlas Finance’ where a Train Ticket can be purchased is available here.

12. Continuous trip tickets are not available at Perlas terminals (except for continuous trip tickets on the Vilnius - Kraków - Vilnius route).

13. Passengers can buy tickets at Perlas terminals up to 10 days before the scheduled departure date and up to 15 days before the scheduled return date.

14. The purchase of a Train Ticket shall be subject to concessions provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Privileges. 

15. The Carrier's commercial discounts do not apply to the purchase of a Train Ticket at the Perlas Terminal, except in the cases specified in Clauses 16 and 17 of these Rules.

16. Students may purchase single tickets at Perlas Terminals at the Carrier's commercial discount. For detailed information on the applicable discounts, please refer to the Special Discount Rules, section "Student Discount" (the discount applies to travel on local connecting routes). For information on commercial discounts for children on international routes, please refer to the "Carriage of Children" sections of the Conditions and Rules of International Carriage.

17. There is a 5% discount on the return fare when a return ticket is purchased. For further information on this discount and the conditions for its application, please refer to the "Return Discount" section of the Special Discount Rules.

18. A maximum of 3 (three) tickets of the same type (e.g., three full-price tickets, three tickets at discounts provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Transport Privileges or at the Carrier’s commercial discount) may be purchased at Perlas terminals during one purchase. 

19. While purchasing a Train Ticket at a Perlas Terminal, purchasing additional goods and services offered by the Carrier shall not be possible.

20. When purchasing a Train Ticket at a Perlas Terminal, it shall not be possible to pay with the Carrier’s gift coupon or the Carrier’s Sustainable Travel Club coupon.

21. Choosing a seat on the train when purchasing a Train Ticket at a Perlas Terminal shall not be possible.

22. Perlas Terminals are CASH only; no bank card payments shall be possible.

23. A Train Ticket may be replaced under the conditions applicable to Single Tickets, as set out in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers (in the case of replacement of a Train Ticket for a local route). A Train Ticket for an international route may be replaced in accordance with the conditions set out in Table 1.   

24. A Train Ticket purchased at a Perlas Terminal may be returned in accordance with the deadlines and the terms and conditions set out in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengersand the Conditions and Rules for International Carriage, with the exception of the provisions relating to the manner of returning the Train Ticket. A Train Ticket purchased at a Perlas Terminal may be returned at the Carrier’s ticket office or by contacting the Carrier by email at informacija@ltglink.lt. 25. Passengers’ rights and obligations are set out in the General Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and the Conditions and Rules for International Carriage. 

26. Passengers’ enquiries regarding train travel shall be handled by the Carrier in accordance with the Procedure for Investigating Complaints and Requests available on the Carrier’s website.

27. Additional information for passengers travelling between Poland and Lithuania:

27.1 The route Vilnius - Kraków/Kraków - Vilnius includes a change at the Mockava railway station.

27.2 The numbering of the carriages is as follows:

UAB ‘LTG Link’ carriage No 1 corresponds to ‘PKP Intercity’ wagon No 15

UAB ‘LTG Link’ carriage No 2 corresponds to ‘PKP Intercity’ wagon No 13 

UAB ‘LTG Link’ carriage No 3 corresponds to ‘PKP Intercity’ wagon No 14

27.3 Seat numbering remains identical (throughout the trip, both in Poland and Lithuania).

1. These Regulations are an integral part of the General Conditions of Passenger Transportation of LTG Link UAB (hereinafter referred to as the General Conditions of Passenger Transportation), the Conditions and Rules of International Carriage and the Regulations on Special Discounts of LTG Link UAB.

2. Distribusioni and other channels connected through Distribusioni (ticket distributors) - a licensed company (legal entity, other organisation, subdivision of a legal entity, other organisation) with which the Carrier's Contract for the resale of railway tickets is concluded.

3. International Sales Channel Ticket - a method of selling a one-way or return ticket, where the one-way or return ticket is sold on an international sales platform using a common concept and terms and conditions of the one-way or return ticket agreed between the Carrier and the Ticket Distributor.

4. One-Way/Return Ticket - a Ticket issued by the Carrier for a return journey on the same route ("out" and "back") on local or international routes. 

5. Train Ticket - includes the terms "Single Ticket" and "Return Ticket" as used in these Regulations. 

6. Carrier - LTG Link UAB, the main activity of which is the provision of rail passenger transport services.

7. Single Ticket - a ticket issued by the Carrier for one passenger, for one journey, on domestic and international routes. 

8. Train ticket is valid for the train route, date and/or time specified in the ticket and subject to other conditions specified in the ticket.

9. The train ticket must be presented to the conductor during the journey.

10. The train ticket is valid in both digital and printed form.

11. When purchasing tickets through international sales channels, the concessions provided for in the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania shall not apply.

12. Commercial discounts do not apply when purchasing tickets through international sales channels.

13. Additional goods and services may not be purchased when purchasing train tickets through international sales channels.

14. The purchase of a Train Ticket through international sales channels does not include the possibility to pay with LTG Link UAB gift vouchers or Sustainable Travel Club vouchers.

15. When purchasing a Train Ticket through international sales channels, it is not possible to choose a seat on the train.

16. There is no possibility of exchange or refund when purchasing a train ticket through international sales channels.

17. Employees of AB Lietuvos geležinkeliai group of companies are not entitled to purchase Train Tickets through international sales channels.

18. Passengers' enquiries concerning train travel shall be dealt with in accordance with the Complaints and Enquiries Procedure published on the Carrier's website.

Travelers between Poland and Lithuania, please be informed that:

1) The route Vilnius - Krakow/Krakow - Vilnius includes a transfer at Mockava railway station.

2) Carriage numbering follows the following pattern:

LTG Link carriage No. 1 corresponds to PKP Intercity carriage No. 15

LTG Link carriage No. 2 corresponds to PKP Intercity carriage No. 13 

LTG Link carriage No. 3 corresponds to PKP Intercity carriage No. 14

3) The seat number remains identical (throughout the entire trip in both Poland and Lithuania).
